Ok where to start...DON'T go to bed early the night before as you will be to rested and out of energy before you do anything...

On a cold morning wear 3 pairs of socks so your feet dont go numb...

Buy hot chocolate , coffee , or tea as these heat you up and when your heated up your reaction speed increases...

Don't drink any of that Enery Drink crap , they only give you cramps...

Yes, but Soccer is soccer and football is football, but in europe soccer is football and football instead is played differently in a form called rugby.

rugby is like american football except new equipment/armor..
